Before placing a Bevvago order, confirm what is included, the selected option and the amount shown at checkout. Those details form the practical reference for fulfillment and any later inquiry.

These Terms cover use of https://bevvago.com/ and purchases from Bevvago, operated by Beijing Shuozhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

1. Products and information

For Bevvago products, the description and selected variant specify the order. Verify dimensions, materials and the number of pieces there; decorative settings in photographs do not add those objects to a purchase. Your display may show a shade differently. We will correct significant errors when found and contact buyers if a mistake prevents proper fulfillment, offering remedies consistent with applicable law.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Give us correct contact, billing and delivery details. You will see the product price, shipping charge, store-collected taxes and final amount before confirming payment. An automated confirmation records the order request, while payment checks, inventory and fraud controls may still need completion. If an already paid order cannot be fulfilled, Bevvago will notify you and provide the required refund or other appropriate resolution.

3. Shipping

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to prepare after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available services, destinations and charges are determined at checkout. 4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Email service@bevvago.com as soon as possible and before dispatch to request a change or cancellation. We can act while fulfillment remains reversible. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Customers normally pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover reasonable authorized return shipping or provide another lawful remedy for an item that is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, with additional bank posting time possible. 5. Accounts and lawful use

Keep any account credentials secure and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the website. Contact us if you notice an error affecting an order.

6. Website content and third parties

Store branding, text, photographs and designs belong to their respective owners or licensors. Use of third-party checkout, payment, shipping or website services may involve those providers’ own terms and privacy practices. 7. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered products that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses not reasonably foreseeable or not caused by our breach, negligence or other legal responsibility. Disputes and remedies remain subject to applicable mandatory law.

8. Updates and contact
