A Bevvago order has a preparation stage before a carrier receives it. Both stages matter when estimating arrival, and the delivery method and charge shown at checkout apply to the particular order.

Planning note: the checkout destination and basket determine Bevvago’s available methods and cost; a general delivery estimate cannot establish the exact charge for a particular address. The shipping notification can contain tracking once the provider releases it. Please use the order number in an inquiry so we can distinguish a preparation delay from a carrier delay.

This policy applies to orders placed at https://bevvago.com/. Bevvago is operated by Beijing Shuozhicheng Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Processing time

Order preparation, including checks and packing after payment, normally takes 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing is separate from transportation time. We will contact you if an ordered item cannot be supplied.

2. Delivery estimates

Standard shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Including normal processing, the estimated total is approximately 8–17 business days after payment confirmation. These are working-day estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods and address errors may extend delivery. Depending on the product and delivery destination, an order may be fulfilled through an international facility.

3. Destinations, methods and charges

Enter a delivery address at checkout to see the available services and charge for that order. Methods and rates may depend on the destination, products and parcel. The applicable shipping charge and taxes collected by the store are shown in the checkout total before payment. If no delivery option is presented, the destination is not currently supported. Any product-specific delivery restriction shown before purchase also applies.

4. Customs and import charges

Cross-border shipments may be assessed import duties, local taxes or handling fees. Amounts collected by our checkout are included in the order total. Charges imposed by customs or a carrier and not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility where applicable law permits. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a destination.

5. Confirmation and tracking

We send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. After dispatch, we send a shipping update; tracking details are included when the carrier makes them available. Tracking events may take time to appear after handover.

6. Address changes and cancellation

Check your name, address, postal code and contact number before submitting an order. Email service@bevvago.com as soon as possible and before dispatch with your order number and corrected details. We cannot guarantee a correction or cancellation after irreversible fulfillment or carrier handover. 7. Delay, loss or damage

If delivery exceeds the estimated period, tracking stops updating, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email service@bevvago.com with your order number and tracking details. Include photographs for damage where practical. We will investigate with the provider and offer an appropriate remedy under the Return & Refund Policy (https://bevvago.com/pages/return-refund-policy) and applicable law. Contacting us promptly helps investigation and does not remove mandatory rights.
